• Proficient bike mechanic skills with at least 1 year experience

• Knowledgeable within the cycling industry and regularly updates themselves on latest technologies

• Service Writing – scheduling bikes in for service and maintenance
• Communicate with customers in a professional and positive manner
• Completing all repairs to the highest standard
• Build and prepare new bikes for display and sale
• Actively maintain and clean work areas
• Co-ordinating with staff on day-to-day duties
• Other duties per request

• Ideal but not essential; experience in using Google Suite and Lightspeed PoS
• Customer Service Experience at least 1 year
• Bike Mechanic Experience at least 1 year

• As soon as possible

• Full time, permanent
• 39 hours per week including weekends (8 hour shifts)

• $20-$28 per hour depending on experience
• Paid time off – Minimum 2 weeks plus statutory holidays
