DUE TO INCREASED DEMANDS AND REDUCED STOCK, WE WILL BE REMOVING OUR PAYMENT AND SHIPPING AVAILABILITY.
PLEASE CALL OUR STORE ABOUT IN-STOCK ITEMS FOR ORDER.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm (PST). We aim to process orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Bikes are shipped at a flat rate of CAD$150.
Pickup in-store is also available to avoid shipping fees and have a chance to meet the team.
*For security reasons, please bring a copy of your receipt and the card used for transaction. You will be asked to sign a document confirming you have picked up your order*
If a package delivered to you appears to be damaged, you have the option to refuse delivery with obvious damage. If the product(s) is damaged, please call us immediately at 604-971-3662.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price, less the original shipping costs, to a store credit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
