CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for all things cycling
• Customer service skills with at least 1 year experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledgeable within the cycling industry and regularly updates themselves on latest technologies including but not limited to Shimano, SRAM & Campagnolo
• Effective and professional communicator with customers and team members
• Passion for helping customers with their cycling needs
• Detail oriented and striving for ongoing improvement in skills
JOB DUTIES:
• Gathering and recording customer information including sales and service
• Communicate with customers in a professional and positive manner
• Ability to process payments using Lightspeed PoS
• Support customers in their store experience and product choices
• Actively maintain and clean the store and work areas
• Co-ordinating with staff on day-to-day duties
• Other duties per request
ADDITIONAL:
• Ideal but not essential; experience in using Google Suite and Lightspeed PoS
• Customer Service Experience at least 1 year
• Bike Mechanic Experience is non-essential for this role but beneficial
START DATE:
• As soon as possible
JOB TYPE:
• Full time and Part time positions are available
• 39 hours per week including weekends (8 hour shifts) with one weekend day off for Full time
SALARY & BENEFITS:
• $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience
• Paid time off – Minimum 2 weeks plus statutory holidays
